The LZ212A-Z double folding boom rock drilling jumbo is ideal for drilling and anchor hole operations in highway and railway tunnels, pumped storage power stations, hydropower stations, reservoir irrigation tunnels, and underground caverns with cross-sections ranging from 30㎡ to 154㎡. Its articulated boom system supports multi-angle, multi-position, and multi-directional rock drilling functions.
– Strong Cross-section Adaptability: The articulated boom structure offers a large operating range, suitable for step method, micro-step synchronous operation method, and full-section method operations.
– Strong Construction Method Adaptability: The articulated boom can operate below the horizontal plane, enabling the excavation of the invert and overcoming the limitation of traditional rock drilling jumbos which cannot perform invert excavation.
– High Personnel Suitability: Remote control operation is simple and easy to learn, allowing close observation of drilling conditions and effective control of over- and under-excavation. The boom actions have high and low speed settings, and the short overall vehicle length ensures high maneuverability and easy driving.
– High Efficiency and Energy Saving: The drilling efficiency per hole is 5-6 times that of manual pneumatic drills, significantly improving drilling efficiency.
– Electrical Control Technology: Features remote monitoring programs, GPS positioning and MQTT data transmission and reception, drilling depth detection, water pump flow and pressure monitoring, and electrical control anti-jamming functions.
– Intelligent (Optional): Construction visualization includes real-time positioning via an app, live monitoring, hazard detection, command synchronization, remote monitoring, and various cloud management functions.
