Successfully concluded! A wonderful review of the third employee skills competition

  Recently, the third employee skills competition jointly held by Sichuan Lanhai Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and its Changsha subsidiary company came to a successful conclusion, and the competition site was wonderful.

  Competition introduction


  This competition focuses on the scientific and comprehensive assessment of the skills level of employees on the job, aiming to promote learning through competition, and promote the overall business level of the company.

  A total of 392 people participated in the competition, and the scope of participation widely covered employees and interns from various departments and subsidiaries of the company. Among them, the production department, research institute, sales department, after-sales service department, X division, engineering department and other departments were the key participants, and all employees actively participated in this skill contest.


  The competition adopts a combination of theoretical examinations and on-site practical operations to test the comprehensive ability of employees from all aspects and angles. The theoretical examination content is rich and diverse, involving professional knowledge, industry norms, safe operations and other aspects, aiming to test the employees' mastery of basic theories; on-site practical operations are closely combined with actual work scenarios, allowing employees to demonstrate their skills, adaptability and problem-solving abilities in a simulated operation environment, and truly apply what they have learned.

  During the theoretical exam, each session was arranged in a compact and orderly manner. Employees from various departments took the corresponding theoretical exams on time in the examination room or through online exams. The examination room was in good order, and the employees answered the questions seriously, showing good professionalism and spirit.


  02 Practical exam

  During the practical exam, employees from the production department and the manufacturing department of the X division (hydraulics, fitters, welders, electricians) gathered in the production workshop to compete in skills. Faced with tasks such as hydraulic system debugging, fine assembly of parts, precise control of welding processes, and complex circuit connections, they were calm and composed. With solid basic skills and rich practical experience, they were proficient in operating various professional tools and demonstrated their superb skills. The workshop presented a tense and orderly busy scene.

  The equipment practical exam was carried out in an orderly manner in the debugging field. Faced with various advanced intelligent equipment, R&D engineers and debugging personnel need to complete a series of complex tasks such as equipment debugging and remote control operation within the specified time. During the period, all professional and technical personnel were fully focused and devoted to it, or carefully observed the operating status of the equipment, or quickly adjusted the parameter settings, or worked closely with team members to successfully complete the assessment tasks.

  03 Judges' Scoring


  In order to ensure the fairness and professionalism of the competition, the company specially invited a professional judging team from Sichuan Jiaotong Institute to score the practical examination on the spot. The judges conducted a detailed evaluation of the performance of each participating employee from multiple dimensions such as operating specifications, process accuracy, completion time, and safety awareness based on strict scoring standards.


  After fierce competition, the employee skills competition came to a successful conclusion. This competition decided 12 first prizes, 7 second prizes, 4 third prizes, and 5 excellent prizes. The competition created a good atmosphere of learning and surpassing and being positive within the company. Employees learned and communicated with each other during the preparation and examination process, gained valuable experience and knowledge, and further improved their professional ability and comprehensive quality.

  Subsequently, the company will conduct objective and fair skill rating of employees based on the test results, provide more development opportunities and incentives for outstanding employees, further stimulate employees' enthusiasm and creativity, and promote fruitful results in the company's team building and cultural construction. In the future, the company will continue to uphold the development concept of talent-driven enterprise development, continuously improve the talent training and evaluation mechanism, increase investment in employee skill training and talent development, and build a platform for employees to showcase themselves and improve their abilities by holding more similar activities, thus providing a solid talent guarantee for the company to achieve high-quality development.
