Recently, the company organized the 2025 After-sales Engineer Rock Drilling Training to further improve the professional skills and service level of after-sales engineers.
Theoretical training
In the theoretical learning session, several lecturers conducted detailed teaching on the construction process of rock drills, spare parts process training, service and maintenance orders, etc. In the introduction of the construction process of rock drills, the lecturer focused on the construction methods and methods of the trolley, so that engineers have a clearer understanding of the application of rock drills in actual construction; in the explanation of the spare parts process, the lecturer carefully analyzed each link from warehousing, verification to the three-guarantee process, to ensure that engineers can accurately and efficiently handle spare parts-related matters in their future work.
The training on that day also included corporate culture, system propaganda and other content to help engineers better integrate into the company culture and clarify their career development direction.
Practical training
In the practical session, engineers deeply studied the common fault analysis of rock drills; the lecturer explained the causes, judgment methods and solution strategies of the faults on site through actual cases. During the training on disassembly and replacement of various components, the instructor demonstrated on site and guided the engineers to operate, ensuring that every trainee could master the relevant skills.
During the assessment stage, on-site disassembly and assembly demonstrations and examinations were carried out to fully test the engineers' learning outcomes by simulating the real working scenes of the equipment. During the examination, the engineers responded calmly and fully applied the knowledge and skills they learned to actual operations, showing good professional qualities.
Training summary
