The LZG314A Intelligent Arching Drilling Integrated Car is designed for full-section tunnel and three-step, two-step construction needs. This dual rock drilling and arching integrated car features dual rock drilling arms, dual arching arms, three grippers, two baskets, and a stable and fast dual sliding mechanism. It supports bi-directional driving and dual power modes (diesel and electric).
Main Features
Integrated Functions: The excavator has integrated functions for drilling and anchoring holes, erecting frames, loading explosives, installing anchor rods, grouting anchor rods (optional), and installing wire mesh.
Operation: The excavator can be operated locally, remotely, or from a large operation platform. The rock drill satisfies high-angle vision, and the arch satisfies close-range vision.
Extended Basket Space: The extended basket has a large space and is safer. After drilling holes, anchor rods and auxiliary explosives can be installed.
Double Hyperbolic Rock Arm: The excavator has two double-triangular self-balancing rock arms with a maximum drilling depth of 5.2 meters.
Double Arch Arm Frame: The double arch arm frame has a maximum lifting force of 2.5 tons, which meets the requirements for prefabricated arch frame installation and arch frame positioning and adjustment. The frame can be erected in about one hour.
Auxiliary Functions: The excavator has 3 welding machines and electric tools, which are easy to use and practical.
Intelligent Functions (Optional): The excavator can be equipped with visualization functions for real-time positioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting of construction work. The system also includes remote monitoring and other cloud management functions.
