Suitable for high-speed dual-lane and triple-lane roads, installation operations on single and double-track high-speed rail arches, excavation handling, loading operations, tunnel inspection, and static high-altitude operations within fields.
High Efficiency: Equipped with three arms and three grippers, multi-degree-of-freedom manipulators, with a maximum single-arm lifting capacity of 1.5 tons. It meets the requirements for prefabricated arch installation, various step method operations, and arch positioning adjustments. All construction processes for erecting the arch can be completed in approximately 1 hour.
Reduced Manpower: The entire construction operation can be completed by 3-4 people, whereas traditional methods require 8 or more workers.
Prefabricated Arch Installation: Utilizing our company’s independently developed patented technology for multiple prefabricated arches produced outside the tunnel, which reduces the time and risk of dangerous operations and significantly improves construction efficiency.
Additional Options: Users can select certain features based on their needs, such as an electric drive hydraulic system, a breaker for excavation operations, and a welder.
