A specialized piece of equipment designed for 5.8 to 8-meter tunnel excavation, integrating high-frequency rock breaking, fast excavation in soft soil, contour trimming, and dust suppression via spraying. During operation, it uses a high-frequency hammer or breaker hammer for rock breaking, bucket teeth or chisels to wedge into the surrounding rock for prying, and utilizes the gravity effect on the free face below the surrounding rock for automatic rock breaking. This effectively controls over- and under-excavation and reduces occurrences of collapses.
Excavation efficient: Comprehensive excavation efficiency for grade IV and V surrounding rocks up to 50m³/h;
Slight turbulence to surrounding rock: Non-explosive excavation method causes little disturbance to surrounding rock;
Precise over- and under-excavation control: The movement of the entire machine is accurately controlled, with over- and under-excavation of the contour surface
controllable to within 20 centimeters;
Spray dust removal: The entire machine is equipped with dust removal spray system to effectively control dust and ensure a safe construction environment;
High-frequency rock breaking: Patented three-toothed base or two -toothed base and a high-frequency breaker hammer to achieve fast rock breaking speed and strong impact;
Remote control: All movements of the entire machine are controlled remotely, making it easy and convenient to operate. The operator can flexibly adjust the position for more convenient operation;
Diesel-electric dual power system: Diesel-powered emergency and transmission, and electric construction are supported, minimizing construction costs; no exhaust gas pollutes the air in the tunnel and heat accumulation is kept to a minimal level during construction;
Slag discharge efficient : Some models are equipped with slag collecting and slag discharging devices, with a slag discharge capacity of 180m³/h, which can meet the needs of small-section equipment for rapid slag discharging without leaving the site.
