The LHP40K wheel-mounted wet shotcrete manipulator is designed for full-section, half-section, and multi-step shotcrete support operations in tunnels, water conservancy projects, municipal engineering, roads, and bridges. It features a maximum spraying capacity of up to 40m³/h, offering characteristics of high spraying volume, stable and reliable performance, and high construction quality.
For high-altitude construction needs, the high-altitude model LHP40K-G is available, equipped with a high-altitude air compressor suitable for construction above 2000 meters altitude.
Suitable for construction below 2000 meters altitude.
Achieves a maximum spraying capacity of 40m³/h, with minimal pipe blockage, low rebound, and reduced dust.
Equipped with a low-altitude air compressor, eliminating the need for external air sources and overcoming the shortage of on-site air supply equipment, thereby reducing dependence on site air availability.
Includes a dual-speed admixture box with a capacity of 1.5 cubic meters, effectively enhancing shotcrete efficiency in very large and long tunnels.
