It meets the requirements for prefabricated arch installation, various step method operations, and arch positioning adjustments. All construction processes for erecting the arch can be completed in approximately 1 hour.
◆ Reduced Manpower: The entire construction operation can be completed by 3-4 people, whereas traditional methods require 8 or more workers.
◆ Prefabricated Arch Installation: Utilizing our company's independently developed patented technology for multiple prefabricated arches produced outside the tunnel, which reduces the time and risk of dangerous operations and significantly improves construction efficiency.
◆ Additional Options: Users can select certain features based on their needs, such as an electric drive hydraulic system, a breaker for excavation operations, and a welder.
◆ Equipment Informatization (Optional): Includes cluster management, positioning functions, video surveillance, intercom functionality, pre/alarm functions, data management features, tunnel BIM technology and digital twins, construction report management, tunnel contour scanning, and remote control.
